Our return policy is 30 days after merchandise purchase for a store credit or a merchandise exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged in the same condition that it was received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of the transaction and or proof of purchase from our store.
Once your return merchandise is received it will be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the return transaction is processed.
Store credits will be issued in the same amount spent for that particular item. Once a store credit is been issued, it cannot be transferred to another person, only the original purchaser can use it.
Store credits can be used up to 6 months from the issued date.
Store credits can be used for any type of purchase from our store.

Most of the items in our store, even sale items can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, except only those labeled as final sale are not.
Exchanges can be made for defective or damaged items. Exchanges need to be made for the same or equal item or one of the same value. In the case of exchanging for an item of lesser or larger value, the customer will be charged for the remaining balance or issued a credit in case there is some value left on their store credit.
